EXSS 748: Legal Issues in Collegiate Sport

This course is temporarily closed to new enrollments. This graduate-level course provides a foundation in legal concepts and familiarizes students with those areas they are most likely to encounter working in an administrative capacity in a college or university athletics department. It includes a glossary of legal concepts. You will be introduced to legal concepts through assigned readings in the text. Additional cases that illustrate the legal concepts as applied to college athletics are also assigned.
