The Continental (minimum of 30 guests)

The Continental Supreme (minimum of 30 guests)  

Choice of chilled juices, freshly baked breakfast pastries, assorted bagels, medley of fresh seasonal fruit, assorted yogurts, creamery butter, jams and cream cheese, coffee (regular and decaffeinated)

Carolina Breakfast Buffet (minimum of 50 guests) 

Choice of chilled juices, fluffy scrambled eggs, crisp bacon and sausage links, home fried potatoes, grits, medley of fresh seasonal fruit, homemade buttermilk biscuits, assorted homemade baked goods, coffee (regular and decaffeinated)

Carolina Sunrise Buffet (minimum of 50 guests) 

Eggs benedict New Orleans style, O’Brien potatoes, bacon and sausage, french toast, fresh fruit cascade, baked brie, and assorted breakfast pastries.

Boxed Lunches

Boxed meals include appropriate condiments and utensils and are served with Chef’s choice of fresh seasonal fruit, potato chips, and your choice of cookie or bar dessert. Boxed meals are served with your choice of bottled soda, juice, or bottled water. A minimum of 6 per selection is required, not to exceed 3 in variety, excluding vegetarian.

Traditional sandwiches served with fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion—your choice of ham and cheddar on white, smoked turkey and swiss on whole wheat, or roast beef and provolone on a kaiser roll

Your choice of chicken or beef strips stir-fried with peppers, onions, and other fresh vegetables, served over rice, and topped off with a fortune cookie 

Chicken Parmesan  

Boneless breast of breaded chicken sautéed and served over angel-hair pasta, topped with marinara sauce 

Grilled Mahi-Mahi  

Served with mango salsa with cavatapi in a sherry-scented white clam sauce 

Lime Grilled Chicken   

Marinated chicken breast grilled and served with lemon-lime sorbet sauce 

Roasted Pork Loin   

Marinated pork loin roasted and sliced, topped with apricot chutney 

Jumbo Ravioli   

Choice of jumbo ravioli served with appropriate sauce:

Pasta  

Pasta dishes are made with fresh pasta. Grilled chicken breast or grilled shrimp may be added to any pasta dish, except ravioli and tortellini, for an additional per person fee.

Fettuccine Primavera  

Fresh egg-and-spinach fettuccine tossed with a light parmesan cream sauce and fresh vegetables

Penne Arriabiatta   

Fresh egg penne tossed with a slightly spicy, chunky tomato sauce

Vegetable Bow Tie  

Bow-tie pasta combined with garlic, fresh herbs, and olive oil topped with roasted vegetables and grated parmesan
